I was sending money for a family friend. He has an Arabic name, and Venmo froze my transaction. I wasn’t given a reason. This feels racist to me.

This is honestly the most frustratingly slow app ever. I don’t understand why it takes so long to load the content. It’s been like this for at least a year now. Please for the love of god fix it.
Lousy prompts and customer service

First time I tried to send payment, I get a generic message “there is a problem with the bank you tried to add” but it doesn’t say what the problem is or how to fix it. Nice app, clowns.

Plain and simple? Venmo is the worst. Complications every transaction. I hate you Venmo but you already know.

Tried to set it up, multiple errors. Chat failed multiple times. When I did get through they could not explain why I could not connect my bank. Told me to use a different service. That’s it. No help just go elsewhere.
