I have over $40 in my account, and I am unable to add my bank account. Bancorpsouth South is not an option, and when I enter my routing #/ checking # it is unable to complete ?♀️ Not happy.

This is such a great, quick, and easy way to pay for almost anything to almost anyone. That you trust. I have also received the Venmo card and use it at the market, on line, and to pay friends. It is used like a credit or debit card. I strongly recommend Venmo. I prefer it over my banking debit. If the money isn’t there you don’t purchase. No 35.00 bank fees.

Venmo is a very easy and secure app to use. I’ve been using it and enjoy using it. I like the social media aspect of it, makes it more convenient and comfortable to use.

If you want your $ use Zelle or CashApp they always have a “reason” to not accept your payment methods yet they can’t tell you the reason WHY. Ridiculous. Have money there I can’t take out.

I had a problem with my account and I got charged twice, however they reimbursed me for both! I really appreciate their customer service!
