Awful customer support. Have been trying for days to send $ but nothing works. Contacted them but nothing but already programmed responses.

You guys keep taking money from me witch is causing me major overdrafts with my bank and I don’t even have my card or anything else in your app! This is such crap!!!

I’ve been a Venmo user for a couple years now and I’m seeing that Venmo allows people to act as Venmo workers and ask for the last 4 digits of your PHONE NUMBER and the scammer takes your money. Somehow Venmo can not take their OWN WEBSITE and reverse transactions nor credit, simply because it is easier for them not take fault. When you ask for help they pretend they understand, say they are looking for a solution then send you a generic response and apologize for “not receiving the solution you were looking for” I’m deleting this app And after informing a few friends they’ve deleted it too. This is sketchy. They suspended my account but the ghost account that stole the money is STILL currently stealing money from other people....wow.

Love this app... makes paying easy .. just takes so long for the money to transfer from the bank account to the Venmo account ... other than that ... awesome !!! Great for kids and teaching spending discipline!
