Not secure
wont take my nickname!
Very bad that people are identified in history for the persons doing transactions -with their photos Also, not happy that I had to give up account info. But I understand that it’s a requirement-but transaction history and photos are not what I signed in for. Will be closing account and use Apple Pay-much more secure.

I made one transaction, and they froze me account even though the payment went through!
Won’t let me pay anyone

App help person has told me I don’t meet their “risk” parameters and therefore the app won’t let me pay anyone. Even though I’m not a risk. Disappointing customer service is the primary reason for my rating. They refuse to even look into why I was disqualified. Just said it’s an algorithm they have no control over, even when it has an error. Horrible.

I was suspended for a violation claiming I was a “business” I asked for further explanation. Was told my account was permanently deactivated. Not given a specific reason or chance to plead my case. Garbage customer service. ZELLE is better people.
Needs a lot of work

Had the app awhile ago. Got a new phone and number and can’t verify my account. The program doesn’t even allow me to click on anything in the app. There are way to many free and instant PAY apps that don’t have any problems. Don’t waste time with Venmo.
Very difficult to get money back when you pay the wrong one

No easy way to get this back when you pay wrong account
