Not great user support Not easy to reverse a transfer sent to someone without a Venmo account! Also... I shouldn’t be allowed to send money to someone without an account!!!!

Couldn’t be easier! So easy to pay your friends or relatives and not have to write and mail a check!

Would be better if I could set the spend limit per week instead of having $11,998 default limit. Seems like just being asked to get ripped off.

It's simple enough to send and request money. However, we've gone through troubles with the app similar to those who've left reviews within a 2-4month time period of ours. Biggest pet peeve is not being able to seamlessly add cards and be able to use them right away or them not showing up at all as available options for use, but yet when you check to see if theyve been added via your home screen there they are. It's been a pain to send money when certain accounts can't be added or won't be recognized for reasons unbeknownst to us. If Venmo isn't compatible (for lack of better words) with other banks itd be great if they'd have a list of "hey we're not in partnership with these associations." We prefer this to PayPal but it's definitely made for a few awkward $$ transactions when you meet someone to purchase an item from FB Marketplace (for example) and Venmo doesn't let you use the card you've added so you need to awkwardly excuse yourself so you can withdraw money from a gas station ATM...

I had the most awful time just signing up for Venmo. The site is very difficult to maneuver around...instructions for sign up are misleading. Had no idea that when you generate a password for Venmo your Pay Pal account password changes also.....very confusing. When I could not sign into my Pay Pal account this morning there was some weird password needed that changed from the night before..argh! I finally gave up and deleted Venmo. Not sure what Pay Pal was thinking with this app!
