Best dating app in my opinion. Sure, some of the daily matches were not a fit...but as far as dating apps go there were more good matches than bad. The one match a day allows for both taking the time before deciding if it's a good match, so much more likely for conversations and dates. I couldn't give 5 stars due to numerous recent tech issues, but customer service always responded quickly with updates and it's clear they are working hard to resolve it.

Reasons I love velvet: 1. QUALITY matches. Seriously. 2. Low overhead & GREAT return for your time (see #1). I set up my profile in less than 5 minutes and it took less than a minute of maintenance a day. For someone who is really busy, that is a HUGE plus. 3. Format. Why complicate things unnecessarily? 4. I found a great guy and he's really nice and fun but at the same time, I'm not like super attracted to him. But beside the fact, I love how this app is set up tho. It's so much better than the other dating services. They really take into consideration what is important to you. Only thing I'm having trouble with right now is getting a match with my preferences.
