I have worked with VagaroPro for almost 9 years now. I researched and worked with several other booking systems as well and none came close to the value that VagaroPro provided?? thank you for always making updates as well to cater to more of the med spa side. I would love to see a before/after section.

Any issue that I’ve had has probably been more operator error than anything but if I needed any assistance on any issue vagaro representatives have been there to the rescue. Satisfied ??

This system is so easy for small single business owners who do not have the time to confirm all appointments and send out reminders. This system tracks, notifies, and is super easy to use. I love having it on my phone so I always have my schedule with me. My guests love he 24/7 access to make their own reservations.

This app keeps shutting down after the update today. This is how I run my business and have no other way to get into my schedule. This is been a great app up until today.

I have not been happy with Vagaro. The app and website are consistently down. This has left me many times unable to check out clients, sell product, and schedule appointments. Because Vagaro retains the rights to my data I’m unable to easily move to another company. I’m in the process of having to manually download and transfer client files and forms. On Christmas Eve over $700 in transactions were reversed prior to making contact with me and the customer service accused me of money laundering.

I love vagaro. It has a lot of functions to help you. I’ve used many systems and this one has it all. I love the functionality and the ability for marketing. It also gives you many ways to ruin your numbers. Overall it’s a great system!

I love the convenience and well set up .Clients love it !win win win! I've been using it for 7years now and still get positive feed back .I use my phone and always have "my book" with me even when at the beach or mountains. Some of my Customers set up their on times per the days and times I have set up for on line openings. My clients tell me regularly how much They appreciate the conformation of their day and time.
