Leaving! – Vagaro Pro Review

I have not been happy with Vagaro. The app and website are consistently down. This has left me many times unable to check out clients, sell product, and schedule appointments. Because Vagaro retains the rights to my data I’m unable to easily move to another company. I’m in the process of having to manually download and transfer client files and forms. On Christmas Eve over $700 in transactions were reversed prior to making contact with me and the customer service accused me of money laundering.
