I have been using it for just a little over a month and have loved every tool I have been able to utilize. My main concern was how user friendly it would be and so far I have had no complaints. They love the convenience and how easy it is to work in the APP. I look forward to working with it more and utilizing it to its most potential.

So many great features, but lacking in some important areas. Mainly the calendar sync. As it is, it takes over 24hrs to sync and only syncs to a personal calendar. Other systems have instant sync and it goes both ways, which is perfect for the salon professional that juggles family life or another job, also.

I’ve been using this app for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it . One improvement I would love to see is mass texting for all my clients to receive . Other then this I’m still here so thank you Vagaro ❤️

This app is okay. It works and it’s pretty reliable. I wish the website options were better. Many of them have generic stock photos and I don’t want a picture of a random person on my webpage. The features available within the app are enough for me to customize my services. Be aware that “customer service” can be hit or miss. It’s had to get through to an actual person when you call.

VagaroPro has been an amazing app! Super easy to navigate. You can set up auto texts to remind your clients of their appointments & they can confirm. I love it because everything is done from my phone!
