I downloaded the app and logged in via both MyHealt e vet and ID.me and once I was logged in the terms and conditions page just keeps reloading itself. I can’t get past that page. Unable to use this app at all
Cannot use this app. As others stated, the page keeps refreshing over and over and it won’t let you accept terms of use and then it kicks you out. Deleted the app within 10 min of downloading. Please fix this.
As a veteran in the IT field I can see the immense potential here but it’s so badly tested and deployed.... this could be a game changer and it literally just refreshes over and over again.
After you log in with IDme it goes into a never ending loop for the accept/decline agreement and you can never get past it. This app must have been developed by the same internet company that designed the flawed Obamacare website.
Accept screen continue to refresh without command. Cannot move past that step. Please fix
