Getting started

awish4u29

Toooo much video watching! Most people do not have time to sit and watch all of these videos in one sitting. So, they exit out and loose the deals that were offered. I’ve been watching for over 2 hours of videos. Why not break them up into parts to watch later? If a customer is really looking to change things for themselves then they will take the time to watch them at their connivance.

90 day

Bb171.0

I like the workouts aligned and the way he explains them. They are workouts at a touch of a button and they are free can’t beat that

Videos are good but the app seeeriously needs an update

It definitely seems to have been built several ios versions ago and never updated. Currently I'm using another app to keep track of which days I've done and another app and another one for diet (this is kind of a ripoff when it comes to the food part). Furthermore to use prime real estate for supplement up sell just feels icky. Wish I could download the videos and just say bye to the app forever.

Annoying

Lamp4real

Since paying for the 90 day shred program, this product is so annoying. First you have to sit through almost a half an hour of up sales before you can checkout. You’re forced like a seminar that has lock the doors. Since signing up I have also received a constant barrage of annoying and embarrassing emails. The workouts are a good resource and there are videos with proper demonstration. But the workouts are ridiculous. Not in the fact that they are difficult; in my opinion it is a lot to ask of someone who is what I consider, moderately in shape. Time will tell if the inconvenience and irritation is worth it. ?

Fat to fit

Kuiu Man

This program has helped me to go from 227 to 185. I hated the reverse lunges but it helped me pack out 100 lbs if elk up a hill I could not have walked up yet carry a pack of meat. Thanks for making my Montana elk hunt a success. I could have never hiked 7 to 10 miles a day it took to get to the elk

Absolutely Worth It!

The Destruction Peeps

This is a great app, and I highly recommend it. The food on here is tasty and nutritious and the work outs are totally worth your while! Each of the programs were designed by a genius, I find myself actually wanting to do fitness and go to the gym more because of it! Five stars is only what they deserve. A highly satisfied Customer!?

A must try and see success

I started this and I’m almost at the end of my month and nearly down 20lbs. No not water weight I drink a gallon of water I drink pre workout bcaas healthy greens and I food prep for a month. Definitely worth it. Get involved with a trainer and get you custom meal plan. Also be patient work hard and don’t give up!

The App is...meh

ClevelandChick

It’s a lot of print material and advertisements for “additional” things that of course aren’t included in the initial chunk of change. No videos other than a very long advertisement for a questionable supplement. Exercises are static pictures. Not enthused. Looking for something else.

Great cut

I love how it changes it the work outs up and challenges you. Very user friendly and if you don’t know the names of work outs that’s ok there are videos to show you. Next best thing to having your own trainer.

Hard but good

Im 66 doing 90 day shred , skinny fat and tall, might have it done in a 100 days lol the eating right took my meals I already do so that part is easy, Its work but good work, the demo videos are excellent and I would like to adopt Vince, only thing I would like is a bit about - breathing, when in reps and how timeing? Maybe it doesn’t matter?
