I can contribute my overall changes to my diet and the supplements that I buy from SculptNation (VShred). I like the work out calendars that are available, But the one extra thing I think would be really nice to have would be for the workouts to be Apple Watch compatible.

These work outs are difficult. I'm only on day 3 and body is feeling the burn!! It makes total sense why I've never seen results in the past. Years of wasting my time at the gym doing exercise wrong. This I'm sure will give me the results I'm looking for.

I watched the whole video, but at the end couldn’t hit the button to purchase. I can’t really rate the app yet because I didn’t even get the chance to try it ?

I I appreciate this app and everything it offers but it just needs editing soo bad! Every page could use one set of eyes to make sure things really make sense, don’t repeat or conflict themselves, and are clearly instructed. Especially since people are trying to follow this advice to a t!

I never write reviews but this app/website is the best! I love how it fits your body type. I love all the options you have for the price! I love that you can either use a print out/instructions or follow along videos. Also some pretty great recipes and that it is a program that always gives you access!

I was double billed for the same program and supplements. Also it’s very difficult to navigate this website and to contact somebody. I’m hoping that this website and program will fix itself. I’m not sure that I even want to continue with us. I’ll wait and see what happens however contacting this company is not easy.

The app is all about another sale, and another sale, and another sale, instead of focusing on what's being promised. So poorly designed to get to what you need, like the actual daily plan for the low carb to medium carb to high carb days, and which days to do what diet with what exercise, or the cycling through the workout types. Confusing, laced with ads for more things to buy, no direction... The entire app looks like it's built by a really poor designer in a basement living somewhere where is cheap. The entire experience is all about sales! They helped blah blah number of people around the world? To do what? To separate them from their money? Because I cannot see how this app could do anything other than add to the confusion. The sales video seemed promising, promising a clear path for a hormonal balance that should reset your metabolism. The reality of what was sold is extremely far from that.
