Great but promo at start for already paid member annoying

RaamGlobal

Very useful but promos login annoying when I just want to get the the workouts already bought

Truly a scam!! So disappointed

Random Robin

I purchased the female fat loss extreme… first, they tried to charge me for additional programs that I didn’t NOT want ($60+). They did issue a refund for that (thank you). Secondly, I had not logged into my account in about two months, only to log in this morning and I can’t access the content!! It only gives me the trial version for everything, including the content I already purchased less than 6 months ago!! I tried to email customer support (the email they provide), and gmail can’t send the email because it’s undeliverable. So, so disappointed. If I can get my content restored (including the freebies that I had been “gifted” at time of purchase) or a full refund, I will change my review score.

First workout

Jughead 2929

Easy to understand as all exercises have video explanations.

Glitchy Videos

Theswaggerboy123

This app is great and I enjoy it, however I mainly use it for the VSU training program and the videos that provide tutorials for different exercises. Regardless of how good my cell service/ Wi Fi connection is these videos take several minutes to load (if they’ll load at all) and are often very glitchy. This is very frustrating since I’m making monthly payments for these videos and I spend the majority of my workouts trying to get them to load or play. The videos come with worded descriptions but those aren’t nearly as helpful in guiding you through a workout that you’ve never done before.

No repetition info

Rino Rick

I did not see any mention of how many sets or reputations to perform This was my first time using the workout so maybe I am not seeing it But not that impressed as watching Vince on the Utube

1st day-way to many reps

JamieNorth

4 reps with 15-12-8-4 on a ton of exercises took over 1.5 hours. Lucky I will be able to move tomorrow :( 2 reps / each / with superset would have been sufficient.

Love it!

The upswell marketing is a huge turn off

Stratmann

As soon as you sign up, it starts. Every email, every part of the app goes for the upsell of other products. You get a few modules for your 50+ dollars and that’s about it. You can get more for less from other HIIT apps. That’s the biggest disappointment. Not much value for just buying into the basic program. I do like that he demonstrates the exercises on video, but he talks too much. I am doing the program for what it’s worth, but the minuses far outweigh the pluses, especially if upselling gets under your skin.
