I’m still waiting on items I ordered in November. I had to cancel two of the Christmas gifts I ordered due to the inefficiency of the app in regards to what is actually in stock. When I ordered the previously mentioned items (which I was super excited to give to my boyfriend) the app said they would be here before Christmas. However, each time I checked the status of the delivery it just said “has yet to ship.” Therefore, I was forced to do last minute Christmas shopping. Not cool : (

Everything they have is SOOOOO CUTE but……. It’s so expensive I found a lot of the same things on SHEIN or ROMWE for a cheaper price but it has really cute stuff

I love UO and their app is excellent, one of the easiest shopping apps I ever used, very easy to navigate.
