Horrible.

The Reckless show fan

I made a cart and pushed "complete order" it showed a loading icon for 45 seconds then said "there are zero items in your cart". No receipt or anything on the screen. Usually online shopping shows your cart again, your shipping location and bill. Also to order you HAVE to make an account using a email and password. I used a email I can't log into anymore, so I couldn't get my receipt at all. I looked later on and it charged my card. I have no clue when my items will be here.

This is a great way to test your patience.

Seriously, if you want to test your patience, try purchasing something via the Urban Outfitters app. Want to log in? You have already logged in...except not. Do it again! Add something to your cart. Want to pay for it? Abracadabra, it's gone. Try again. Add it again, now you have double. Try to check out. You aren't logged in. No wait, you are. Except now that item is out of stock because you've added it to your cart 700 times.

PLEASE fix the app!!!! The rewards system is horrible. All my existing rewards disappear time to time. I didn't get my $5 off reward after way more than five purchases at store using my UO id. I bought vinyl and my feed said that I earned 10% off but I couldn't find actual promo code anywhere. Also other rewards like 3 ways for $10 just disappeared from my board. I don't know if anyone would see this but please do fix these problems with the app.

The app is great until you actually want to buy something. I have had so much trouble checking out. I didn't use the app for over a year and I though this problem would be fixed by now but I guess they don't care enough. As someone who loves urban outfitters I want to be able to buy their stuff but sadly it is not worth the trouble.

The app is great so far but trying to figure out if the item of clothing is in stores is poor. Crashing is involved with trying to find the clothing in stock by a near by UO and if you think "Oh it only crashed once let me try it again" it will still crash. So UO please fix the crashing for trying to find clothing items by a near by UO to find if the item is in stock near by or not, Thank you.

This app quits on me a lot. I was able to place seveal orders successfully, which earned me a $5 code. However when I try to use the code, it says it was already used. Customer service won't issue me a new code, even though it clearly shows in the rewards section that my code has not been used (says used 0/1 times). Disappointed in the app and UO customer service.
