App hasn’t worked for month

App won’t open, keeps crashing. Has been for months no matter what I do! Software up to date m, reset phone, updated app, uninstalled/reinstalled.. even got a new phone and repeated those steps and it still DOESNT work!

What is happening with this update? I’ve been trying to log in, I can log in with my password fine online, but the app keeps saying it’s not valid - even though I’ve changed it, works fine on my laptop and logs in everywhere else, deleted the app then reopened it, restarted phone, etc. - please fix this, you’re losing money

Just go to the thrift store and get a 100% percent cotton T for $1 and cut it off. Or buy the same thing at H&M for $10 Way over priced. Plus bad for the environment.

The website advertised that I would get a discount on my 1st order for signing up on mailing list. I signed up and no discount. Checked my email, checked rewards in app no Promo Code to be found. Very disappointed that i was mislead into signing up for another mailing list that i don’t need.
