Anybody else notice how something would be cheaper in the store than it is on the app? Also, there’s been times I’ve put something in my bag then suddenly it’s gone when I’m trying to check out. Really plays with my feelings sometimes so it’s not always up to date

I love urban outfitters but I never get any coupons or discounts since I’ve been a customer for a while and I make a lot of purchases.

I feel like the format and set up of the app is simple yet chic. It is easy to read and find stuff :)))))))
Language and currency option is non existent

Needs language and currency options. I’d expect this type of lack from Walmart not UO. Especially after adding in my address. You’d think it would change those things but it doesn’t. Otherwise this app is nearly as expected of any other shopping app.
