This app is worthless. It's says I haven't made a purchase since October and I've probably made 125+ purchases since then! Haven't seen a 5 for $5 coupon in ages either. Technically urban, that means you owe me at least $25 toward my purchases. I'll probably never use this app ever again or tell any of my friends to. Please fix these bugs or you're seriously gonna lose customers! You guys are a billion dollar company pulling in millions in one day. PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY!

I'm an online shopping addict, and UO is one of my favorites!! The only thing that could be better about the app is if you were to add a favorites button. Other than that, i love it!!

The interface is not user friendly. Lots of irritating features that are not fit for a shopping app. For instance, the item description screen that jumps up after the last image - irritating.
Fix the log in!

This app won't even let me sign into my account. It works on the website, but the app is so much easier! Fix this please

On my iPhone 5s, this app works great. There is absolutely no bugs, and it's just an amazing app overall. The review system is great and everything ships well. I bought four items the other day and all four came on time. They fit, had great color, and they were super stylish. Urban Outfitters is sometimes overpriced, but the app gives you great deals and is easily accessible and everything not on sale is at a reasonable price range. I am slightly unimpressed with the in store availability, but that definitely doesn't degrade the greatness of this app. There's tons of selection in women's clothing, men's clothing, beauty products, cute things for your home, dorms, and apartments, and so much more! They email you your receipts and send you lots of useful coupons. Just the other day, I got 25% of the six things I bought in store with a coupon they sent me using email. Happiness is guaranteed when you buy this app!

I haven't been able to log in since around 2013 with the app, just tells me my email or password is wrong even though I'll have just signed in via safari. I wish it would work so I could get the rewards, honestly I'll just google similar cheaper items because I can't build up any rewards. I'll browse the app without being logged in and build a list then go through and remove items I don't actually love, I usually sit on a purchase a few days and come back to open the app and it'll have everything I've ever added in my cart back in there. Complete junk, I have literally never hated an app so much. I just redownloaded it and now I remember why I haven't shopped at OU in years.

when you scroll through categories and click the item for info, when you go back to continue looking, it always takes you to top of the last page, not the item....unless you click "quick shop" but that doesn't give you fabric info or link to reviews.

This is just a strange app def geared more towards the social media crowd. For those of us who are just looking to shop this app falls a bit short. I cannot seem to find a way to find my orders so I can track them. The badges don't update even when you do earn them though some of them are just sort of a pride thing. Trying to use the shopping cart to save things for later required me to close and open the app several times and after all that it didn't save half of what I saved for later. Frustrating for sure. I'm going back to the website just for ease of use. I may not even be their target audience :)

Seemed good at first use

At first all seemed well. Then I began to notice little bugs like not being able to check into stores for points and my purchases were not being applied towards my account either when scanned my app at the register. Now countless tries later, the app doesn't allow me to log into my account any more although I am able to log in via desktop. I'm told the email/pw combo is incorrect... Which is inaccurate even after a password reset. Why build all this hype around the app for your frequent shoppers who took the time to sign up and become members if you're not going to reward them as advertised? This app needs a serious fix. Can't make any purchases from the app as an Urban ON member, yet ads are running for promos I'd like to "Sign in" to participate in.
