The site is laid out nicely. However, every time I use the app it crashes on me. It’s done this for over a year. I have an iPad which is in good working order and is updated when updates come out. Crashes every 5 min or less. Also, this is the only app I have that does this. Thought this situation would have been fixed by now.

UO HAS BEEN A GREAT STORE. Pretty pricey, regardless of the prices however the items sold here are pretty vintage and things that are still new. Some are unique and some are exclusive. Great cute things for gifts and surprises.
UO is awesome.

Haven’t ordered from this website in a while but when I do I always get what I expect. So I am always satisfied when it get my package in the mail. I’ve been using this app since 2009! Costumer for life.
