This app is the worst! Same stuff happening as a year ago! Times out, signs you out Error messages all the time! Even on their website without the app, the same stuff happens! So Frustrating!!

Absolutely the best ! ? I love Ulta..

I submitted my order and then a few minutes later realized I was shipping it to the wrong address. I had to call customer service to have them cancel it, but they have to contact another department and it could take 1 to 3 days to cancel. What kind of mail order catalog process is that?

This use to be my favorite app to shop for all my makeup supplies but recently I tried to purchase a few things and it kept saying my payment and shipping information was invalid when it was correct. When I looked up what could be the problem, a lot of people were saying they had got the same message and that they were banned from buying on the site online. Since when? And why ban me when I just ordered from y’all a few months ago?! anyways, I hope this problem gets fixed soon because I love Ulta and would hate to go somewhere else to buy my makeup.
