GPS function seems really flakey. Frequently shows my location to be blocks away from where I really am located. Have to reboot to get locked on exact location.
Driver didn’t show up but I got charged for it even if I cancelled the trip.

I requested a ride but the driver have no clue where I live so he went back and forth on a different on a street 5 blocks away from me then proceeded to my destination. I emailed uber to asked them a refund but they said that the believed that the ride took place because the driver reach his destination. There should be NO STAR for you guys at uber but I’m required to clicknon at least 1*.

[Spanish version below] A few trips ago, a driver told me that they crossed drugs across the US-Mexico border. This driver now has my home address. For that reason, I didn't put forward a claim immediately. It is very worrisome since I can't say who it is in fear that this individual might harm me or my family. Conclusion: Uber should be more careful with their hires. The health and well-being of my family and I is most important. For that reason, I'm in the process of indipendizising myself from Uber's services. Uber has shown me a fault in the attention it has to the health and safety of their costumers. Hace unos viajes, un chofer me comentó que cruzaba drogas. Este hombre tiene mi dirección de domicilio. Por eso, no me quejé al principio. Es algo muy preocupante ya que no puedo decir quien es por temor a que está persona me aga algo a mi o a mi familia. Conclusión: deben tener más cuidado al permitir quien trabaja para ustedes. La salud de mi familia y mia es lo las importante. Estoy en el proceso de independizarme de sus servicios ya que muestran una gran falta de atención a la salud y bien estar de sus clientes.

The UI continues to improve, but I don't understand why you move the map instead of moving the pin on the map, which is more intuitive. It's an odd choice, which results in mistakes in setting your pick up location.
