Driver didn’t show up but I got charged for it even if I cancelled the trip. – Uber - Request a ride Review

I requested a ride but the driver have no clue where I live so he went back and forth on a different on a street 5 blocks away from me then proceeded to my destination. I emailed uber to asked them a refund but they said that the believed that the ride took place because the driver reach his destination. There should be NO STAR for you guys at uber but I’m required to clicknon at least 1*.
