First trip in Uber and a fan already. Wayyyyy better than a yellow taxi. Clean car, very professional driver, friendly and careful driver. A great first experience....goodbye yellow taxis.

Uber still works very well. I drove for Uber in the early Uber days (for 7x7 Executive Transportation in SF). This was the first time I used it in a long while (in SF), since I live outside the city. Very positive experience. JayRandy (5 Stars).

Their apps run so well, never glitchy etc. started using Uber 6 years ago in multiple cities in the US and in a bunch of countries around the world. Never lets me down. Had one or two questionable rides/drivers, but’s that’s it. Been great for my daughter at college too. Thx Uber.

Nice design with plenty of useful settings and user defined options. Watching the real time progress of the driver approaching the pick up location is very nice. All of the drivers I’ve had have been great!

I believe it is best for the pin to be dropped at your EXACT location ... not your neighbors house.
Full charge for accidental cancellation

My 3 year old accidentally canceled the Uber with Claudio. I was charged for the full fare as a cancelation fee. I immediately rebooked the trip with Claudio, and was charged another full fare.

Melissa was really pleasant and helpful with informing us about the local area. She was available when we returned and was able to drive us back as well. Clean car. Safe ride. Conscious driver.
