I like the app and the availability to watch tv anywhere for no additional charge or data usage. The only thing I wish the app would allow would be to view recorded shows that I have saved.

Video and sound go out of sync. Program jumps forward or backward in time. Video pauses or locks up all together. This happens whether you are on LTE or WiFi. Even testing the app over a 1 gig internet connection does the same thing. It’s not consistent. I have had times where it has worked perfectly using 6mb DSL and had it crash or act buggy on an insanely fast connection. The UI is great, but the service is crap.

Instead of getting better over time it has proven to be a very unreliable app. Also, there is a continuous stream of stations that I can no longer view. Very frustrating.

Search hasn’t worked for months and watching a show via the app is terrible. Great that you can record show anywhere.
App has too many issues

Picture freezes, no sound. I click on the guide to watch Today in LA and what is on is not Today LA but the Today show in the East coast. So for the last 2 months I have not been able to watch The Today in LA.
Can use as entertain for children and travel

I cannot see my favorites anymore. I cannot click anymore favorites. Searched for 30 minutes on the U-verse app to report a problem, there’s NOTHING you can click for the U-verse app. Went to the App Store and clicked “report a problem,” it took me BACK to the U-verse app AND AGAIN nowhere to report a U-verse app problem. SUPER ANNOYED. Hello U-verse can you help??

Doesn’t work anywhere but my home. Thought I would be able to watch tv from anywhere that I had a connection. Piece of garbage. I hate when the advertising is a lie.
