I just want to use the app to watch people on intervention addicted to strange things. You can only watch these episodes online. There’s a dude who drinks hand sanitizer. I really want to see him drink that hand sanitizer. I’ve reset everything and talked to AT&T customer service for over 20 minutes. I give up. This app is terrible.

After getting new U-verse TV service, and downloading the app, I have not been able to login to the app for several weeks now. The error message says that the mobile service is not available at this time. I don't understand how some people are getting it to work. ??

The on demand function is useless. It crashes frequently, cuts off shows before the intended commercial break and when I attempt to restart it over and over again the app ends up telling me I have too many simultaneous viewings even though I exit out of the app before trying to access it again. This is beyond frustrating!! Fix it!!

I typically use this app when I am away from home and think, "Oh, I should record that show before I forget." Like this morning when I thought to record Blue Planet 2 on BBC America. Except when I open the search field and type any combination of "Blue Planet," "Blue Planet 2," "Blue Planet II", all I get is "No shows, channels or casts found". SO LAME I circumvented this by manually finding BBCAmerica then searching all of Saturday's shows until I found Blue Planet 2 at 6 pm. Why have a search bar if it doesn't actually find the listed tv shows?

Overall a good app. And now that I seem to have finally ironed out AT&T erroneous billing probs and after over four years, I'm pretty much a fan! I particularly like all the remote capabilities and being able to “back up” and catch something I missed.
