App doesn’t work

The app doesn’t work on my ipad or iPhone. It continuously says the mobile app is temporarily unavailable - please try again later. I’ve been trying. Ininstalled, reinstalled, tried everything. It won’t function.

Schedule recordings from my phone - amazing. Great when I forget or end up on tv (today show ) unexpectedly!

For starters once you get through the first 6 commercials then the first part of the show you're watching, then the next 6 commercials it starts over from the beginning of the show. And...you can't fast forward to where you were. Do not answer a phone call or text or close out of the app because you will have to start from the beginning AGAIN! I already pay Uber $100 for your cable service, can't you just give me the tv show or movie without making more money from advertising or use all that money to fix the app and stop making me watch 1 22 minute sitcom for over an hour.

Great reception but remote control is a pain compared to direct tv remote. The software is not as user friendly (ex. Several steps to erase a recording) but directv is.

Love the app but should be the same on all platforms that's why I give a 4 star. I wish I could watch my sports on this app I find it annoying that I'm not able. Please fix

Now when I try to use it I can’t access the DVR programs (current ones) and instead shows stuff that was on there maybe two weeks ago that isn’t anymore... I’ve logged out, logged back in, deleted the app, and re-downloaded it... still doesn’t work. Fix your app

Chromecast capabilities! The app functions great and is awesome for on the go, but an added chromecast feature would make this a 5 star app in my opinion.

This app is not working. For about a year now after I log in the message is, this Service is temporary unavailable. Try again later. I think ATT wants customers to stop u-verse & get DIRECTV.
