Remote (app) doesn’t connect

Some people state that this feature never worked. Apple does a much better job. They will be competing against ATT, Verizon etc

And what good is a tv app if you can’t search for a show? Don’t bother wit this app.

Live video playback buggy. Somehow playback skips back. Picture drops and freezes sporadically. Happens on both cell and WiFi. House WiFi speed plenty fast with more than enough bandwidth. When it works it’s great! But until this nuisance gets fixed it’s a 2 star app.

For the past 2 weeks ive had issues with the service. I have to restart it a few time in the morning as well as in the evening to watch tv.
Search is useless

I wish reviews would let you post a picture. I used the search function to find “The Alienist” and nothing came up. I went to Google, found the time and channel the show will be on, went to that slot in the U-verse guide and saw the show there’s. I did another search in U-verse and the show still didn’t turn up.

Search seems to be completely arbitrary for Guide. So annoying. I’ve given up, and think that’s its most useful feature.
