Unable to link bank account

I tried this app but it’s not linking my bank account (by routing/account number)I’ve tried several times and it does nothing! I saw a recent update but this isn’t working for me.

I downloaded this app to use with my partner, only to make it fully through on-boarding (connecting my accounts, setting up goals) before being told there is no android-compatible version. If there was this disclaimer upfront, I missed it.

I downloaded the app as a suggestion to save money. Well needless to say, I no longer need the app, I’ve been saving through other ways. I’ve closed the goal, closed the account... I’ve been waiting for the funds to transfer back into account (just as swiftly as they were transferred out) and I have yet to receive them. It’s been well over 10 business days! And when dealing with money, I need to speak to a real person! Not sending a request and waiting for an e-mail response (that I have yet to RECEIVE). I’m so frustrated and seriously regret downloading the app! So if you’re like me and already have a checking/savings account work with your bank and I’m sure they can assist you with saving money instead of using this app. Because essentially your money is up in the air.

I liked this app at first. Great for setting goals, especially with a friend or significant other. But the gains you see from your deposits are minimal, I had over $3,500 deposited and saw at most $40 gained (in an aggressive account) over the span of 6 months. Pretty pitiful if you ask me. The past month has been rough for the stock market, and I am now NEGATIVE $60 in gains. You’re better off opening a high yield savings account (there’s many that you can get up to 2.25%) and eliminating the risk of losing your money.

I am so grateful for this app. I cannot express how good it makes me feel to put away a little money every week. Even though it’s not a huge amount, it really adds up. It’s almost as though I feel better spending money knowing that I at least put some money aside for a rainy day first. The app does exactly what it says it’s going to do. No hidden fees & they lay everything out for you in terms we can all understand (so there’s no teeny tiny writing and big words you don’t understand) it’s all black and white. Plus you are in control of your money at all times!! You can easily change or stop your reoccurring deposits on a week to week basis.

Can’t log into my account or reach customer service

Hello I’m writing this review because initially I though this is what I wanted however being unable to log into my account and the fact that it is still withdrawing money makes me a bit un easy I have tried reaching out to customer service numerous times I need help


Lacks support and bugs in joint goals

If you’re saving individually maybe it’s fine, but it took as months to get my fiancé set up after receiving error message after error message. Customer service is done through email and hasn’t come in a timely manner. We pieced things together by depositing from a single account and he venmo’ing me, but that’s not how it should be. After finally realizing there are other tools out there, the withdrawal process has been opaque and I’m left with thousands of dollars in limbo. I’d strongly advise against this.

Just had to close my account because I had a withdrawal pending for a month. I contacted customer service and closed my account. As per usual with this company, it will take another 7-10 business days to receive my money. If not, I won’t waste time contacting customer service again, I’ll be contacting the FDIC. For those that have had issues with this company, I recommend you do the same.

ITS ONE THING TO MAKE A BAD APP BUT THEN TO PUT SOOOOOO MANY ADS IN A GAME THAT IM PLAYING IS STUPID!!! I hate the app... AND the creators ????
