Can never connect or work

I am really not one to write reviews for apps but this one just pushed me over the edge. I’ve had it for months now and I tried every few weeks to get it to work hoping that an update fixed the problem. I sign in, it send me to a waiting screen that I can’t exit without logging out and never actually lets me in the app. When I log out and log back in, it always tells me to reconnect my bank no matter what. I think I had one successful transfer before it said it can’t connect with my bank. It just doesn’t work for me, and even though I’d like to automatically put some money away, it doesn’t work and doesn’t help me. I’m sorry but I just can’t use it, please fix these bugs in an update.

Tried making a Joint account with my fiancé to save for a wedding. Incredible difficult to link goals. Very poor mobile functionality when switching to email and back to app during the email code confirmation section. Finally, when trying to contact costumer support, no real answers were found. 10 or so days to obtain withdrawals is an absurd amount of time to recover your own money. 0/10 will never use again.

I reached out to them with questions that went unanswered. I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t change your deposit timing. Why does it have to be weekly? Why can’t I do it once a month or biweekly? Also the fees are highly high compared to a lot of other apps and companies. Hopefully I’ll get all my money back since I’ve closed my account.

Can not access my account. I have contacted support several times and no response. I have a new phone number and an access code to log in keeps being sent to my old phone number. Deposits are still being made into my twine account and I have no access.


Withdrawal keeps failing

I attempted to withdraw my money and it failed. I contacted customer support and they initiated a withdrawal for only a portion of my Money when it was supposed to be for the total Amount. I got an email saying it would Be released in 1-2 business days. And now I just got an email saying it failed. Based on other reviews I’m not the only one having this problem. I’m going to contact customer service again to get this handled but if I get another failed message I’ll Have to go beyond the developers of the app. Btw. The customer service rep I spoke to named Jack didn’t sound all too interested in being at work.

Impossible to get a hold of. I changed my phone number and can no longer log in. Every time I submit a help request they say the software is down. I’ve been trying for over two weeks now. Would appreciate it if someone actually reached out to me.

It takes significantly longer than 7-10 business days to get your money. I found myself in a terrible situation and was homeless and could not access the money in my account. Customer service was very vague and unsympathetic to my emails. I lost $50 in a course of two months even though I put in my preferences that I wanted a low risk account.

I have been trying to send a contact request for the last week now because you keep taking money even though my account is closed so I’d like to open my account and wonder where all the money is going so if you see this review please fix your way of contacting you because it never goes through
