I just recently reset my password for my bank account. After tying to get this app started, it would not let me sign in. At all. And when I went to check to make sure I had my password right, by then it wouldn’t let me sign in anymore because if “too many failed log in attempts”. I ended up just deleting the app.

NO overdraft protection. I’ve been charged too many times by my bank for overdraft fees when my account is low and there is no way to cancel your deposit. I cleaned out my account, next step is closing, continuing step TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS APP. ? USE DIGIT INSTEAD. Digit is more efficient, smarter technology. Never any overdrafts, and instant transfers.

I’ve used this app for about 6 months saving for a wedding with my significant partner and it’s been great! However, over the last few weeks every time I log in it says that i haven’t been logged in and I have to verify my identity. It makes me request a text and enter the number that gets texted to me. This never happened for 6 months and now it does it every time I log in, saying I haven’t been logged in. Not sure why this has happened, but it’s annoying and frustrating. Otherwise, this would be 5 stars. Awesome app once this is fixed.

The App is a hassle to have. On top of it over drafting my car twice for no reason their customer service is automated tickets. I thought by having the app it would make saving and completing a “goal” easier but instead you have to worry when it actually charges and if you even have the funds in that account to charge it...

Horrible service, do not take this as a serious investment. Constant failed deposits on wrong dates, failed withdraws also. False charges due to their mistakes. Watch your earnings erode. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere.

I loved using Twine. It was a way to save money and invest smartly where I could watch my money grow until the last couple months of updates that lock me out of my bank account. The way the extract data and their security protocol is alarming to my CU. I called my CU and they made the discovery that Twine was doing something sketchy with data and security so I have to get rid of it. I liked it a lot before, so I’m disappointed to have to leave

This is a terrible app. I have tried so many times to log into my account that when I was greeted by the phone code verification it took too long to send. Even after I had submitted the phone code verification I was greeted by another verification where I had to unlock by face recognition. At that point it would not load at all. I waited because I thought it was going to load but it’s not even working at all. At this point it’s useless to even use the app with all these stupid verifications. My advice: Get rid of the verifications. No app needs phone code and face recognition this much. Just have the standard email and password because this is taking too long to open.

Unable to sign in

Haven’t been able to sign in on the app or web. Reached out to customer support over a week ago and haven’t received a response. When I attempt to sign in, I get a prompt to enter a verification code which I never received.
