Just when I thought my experience with Trip couldn’t get any worse, it really did. I bought the airport lounge pass for my trip , and went to all three lounges in the airport only to be told by each one that the pass was invalid, even though the validity on my pass said otherwise. DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Worst customer service I’ve ever talked to .letting me wait for 4days before my flight to see if they can do about my change name in the ticket and then they didnt do anything .

This is a Beijing run app. When they book your flight for you, they take all Personal information and have no privacy settings that are adjustable. Once a flight is booked, it’s difficult to figure out which airline because the receipt and itinerary sent is all Trip.it marked with no evidence is an airline. Then when you try to chat with customer care, it just gives a message that they’re available only during Beijing times.

Fácil de usar y con excelentes precios. Recomiendo antes de ver otras app, la utilizo mucho para comprar mi vuelos de negocios y placer así como para conseguir hoteles bajos precios de buena categoría.
Worst ticketing experience today

I have used Trip.com in the past. Today it was the worst. I booked the ticket by mistake from the wrong airport. I immediately cancelled Within 3 minutes it was confirmed, but definitely after I pressed cancel. The customer service agent explains very strict policy. Good explanation.

I cannot emphasize this enough - they are a scam! They use third parties to schedule hotels. When there is an issue they have to go through their “vendor” to see if it’s okay to make the changes, which normally they will scam you for more money. It is better to use Expedia or make reservations directly from the desired business.
Great app, just one thing.
Unresponsive app
I really like this app with all the specials and deals that it pulls up, but man I wish the military time has an option to be changed. I know I should just learn how to tell military time but it would be better if that was an option to change.
No boarding pass

Prices are attractive. But it s kind of a hassle to check in online and get boarding pass cause you have to go on airline website. Also once you make payment tickets take a while to be issued. Need to check in junk mail box. Not easy flowing.
