App is horrible!!

This app doesn't work half the time and the past two days it hasn't worked at all. There is no support for it and I think a middle school kid could write better code than this abomination uses.

I downloaded this app onto my iPad and I have had nothing but problems! Have to delete and download again and again!

Kicked me out and now it won't let me long in!! I've gone 3 days without recording my progress!! WHAT THE HELL!!!

Fails so often and wastes so much time. Required to use for work health plan credit (honestly is it geared to try to make you lose your health credit dollars by testing your patience just to sync??), but often doesn't work. Also apparently they can't decide on a single interface so even when it does work you are treated to a weird hodgepodge of graphics and confusing user experience.

The app constantly fails! I’ve lost several days of info because it wouldn’t connect or let me log in as is the case for the last two days. I’m only using it to try to save some money in this crap health care system but it’s only pennies to the dollar. Is it worth it? Especially with a $5,000 deductible! Oh but you can wear this pedometer and save 1-2%. Health care in America!

Terrible, frustrating app

2 years with this app. Only getting more and more frustrating. Waste more time trying to sync than getting my steps! Costumer service never knows what I’m talking about when I call in to voice my frustration. If it wasn’t to get a break in my health insurance, I’d be long gone.

Wish they told you

Wish the app or United Health said to download the new UHC Motion app. and stop using this one as I have been having sync issues and went to the App Store to see if there was a support email or anything and found the new uhc motion app. Now I sync fine

Too Much Trouble

I used to use Trio to track my activity and it worked pretty well. Now, I can’t even get my Fitbit to sync with it half the time. Very frustrating.
