Needs improvement in ease of use

While an improvement over some of earlier versions. Needing to constantly force quit after force syncing from from the device. Requiring an internet connection to sync is also a pain.

This app is not ready. Way too many bugs. Does not update properly after sync. Crashes at least once a day

This app is no where up to standards. Rarely if every syncs on its own so not only do I have to make it sync, I have to do it from the counter itself. My Fitbit and the Fitbit app works soooooo much better. Why can't this work similar??????

This app is so frustrating. The concept is great but the tracker and the app are ridiculous when it comes to syncing. 9 times out of 10 it doesn't sync. I have to open and close the app and try repeatedly to get it to work. Ridiculous!
Nothing but problems

Constant syncing issues, beeps that remind you to move don't work consistently. Syncing is terrible, can't connect issues, no touch id, no save password/user name options. Support keeps saying close the app when you are done using it to fix the issues, but who does that. Needs MAJOR MAJOR work. I've contacted support more on this device over the last two weeks than what it's worth.

Insurance companies charge more for coverage ,then pay us with our own money under the guise of encouraging healthy activity, and then use THE WORST AVAILABLE APP ON THE MARKET to track the money we "earn".

As an app developer I'm not even sure how this piece of crap made it past app review. It doesn't work at all over half of the time. The rest of the time it hangs or crashes. Just an all-around really awful lack of effort that somehow convinced insurance companies to buy into their sham. So pathetic.

Ever since the latest update, my tracker won't sync to my phone/app. When I refresh the screen layout gets distorted. Why change it if it is not broke? Had to give one star, b/c it made me.
Need a lot of work!

First of all the app needs to be not web based. Half a time i can't even open it. Very buggy. Second, the auto-sync feature never works. And third. It uses way to much battery for what it is. ??

I don't know how this app passed any quality review, if there was ever such a thing done on it. It won't sync automatically. When you refresh the dashboard it gets broken with the information spread out disorganized all over the place. Very bad. ??
