I love when I can sync my trio, and upload all the data from my pedometer. But the newest version crashes every time I try to open the app it crashes before it even opens. All my data is lost now!

App needs a lot of tweaking. Is really disappointing on Ipad Air2. Should not be recommended on the website to use the Iphone edition. What a shame.

This app used to be awesome. I could quickly and easily sync my tracker with my iPhone and see all my stats. Now it usually crashes and if it doesn't crash, it will claim that it has synced my info but shows nothing. Please fix asap!

Once downloaded, I've only been able to sync my pedometer initially. Since then nothing is viewable. Nothing works.

2016 and they are still making a Web based app. Limited usability and the worst battery drain ever. And why do we have to get email notifications, no push? Email is the worst. Finally I understand them not wanting to accept data from other apps. But they don't share their data with other apps. They clearly don't get current technology.

The app is fine but why won't it work with an Apple Watch or another Fitbit band? Why do we need a cheesy tracker when we have our own? Please gave the app work with the Apple Watch or othe Fitbit bands.

Can't get it to sync for the first time. Just sits at the 'looking for Trio' screen. Been sitting for 15 minutes. App is a bit clunky compared to others and as others say, it doesn't integrate with other fit devices or apps.
