Syncing works perfectly (just make sure you press the button on your Trio!) The interface is a little bland but it gives me all my FIT info quickly. Not perfect, but I can't complain about a free pedometer and even better, free money!

I'm supposed to use this app and tracker together for my HSA and it keeps crashing before I can even setup my account....waste of time! Fix it!!!

This Trio is just what I've been looking for. It encourages me to get up and get moving. I love that there are daily goals to meet and I also get to have a friendly competition with my husband at the same time. Great product to help me with my health goals. Thank you!!

I'm not a fitness or tech junkie; just an average user. In my opinion it works like it's supposed to... I walk, I get money. Like another user, I thought it took a long time to "find my Trio" then I realized I had to engage the device as well as the app in order to sync. No problems since then! I'm definitely more active since beginning this program.

New update looks nicer, but the first sync I tried erased the past 10 days from my pedometer. Adios $5 earned.
August 2016 update broke auto-sync and daily graph

I want to revert back a version. The new look is nicer and all, but it lost/broke 2 features I loved. 1. What's the point of having a setting for "Sync Frequency" at 1 hour if I can no longer leave the app running in the background? Now every time I look at the app, it says my session is lost and I must force close and restart it to do anything. So it NEVER does a scheduled app-initiated sync that the prior version did hourly. 2. Daily view in landscape mode used to show a bar graph/timeline of how concentrated your activity was throughout the day. Now it's just a totally blank screen.

The app won't sync in the background. Everyday you have to open the app and manually sync. Once it does sync, then you have to force close the app to see your results. Makes it very difficult to keep up with stats.
