Thank you

This app is super awesome. It does eat your battery up so I bring a power bank whenever I plan on using it. Great app- it even tells you what stop you have to get off on and also sends a notification when you are getting close to your stop.

Super helpful

Nieves.Steph

As I was heading back from the beach I activated the ring alarm to notify me when my stop was coming us as I was chatting with my friends, so I don’t miss my stop.

Almost there

When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it's quite frustrating. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the bus icons to appear along the route you've selected, which is especially frustrating when you're tying to figure out which bus line is coming first so that you can get on tg right street. Sometimes the info is completely inaccurate or delayed, particularly at or near a terminal. I just saw an ETA abruptly change from 7 minutes to 12 minutes. Makes no sense.

The best app

>>>Can you add different language plzzz. I showed my mom how get around with google map, she didn't get it ( too complicated for 50+ woman who don't speak or read english). I showed her transit app, she learned on the 1st try but can't read notification. Can you plzz add Russian language too. Thx in advance

Timing for busses is off

Hello there matey

I live in Boston, and this past week I’ve been late everyday to classes. I’ve been leaving at the right times, even earlier, but when I get to the bus stop, the app decides to change the time for when the bus should come. One minute, it might say my bus comes in 2 minutes, but then 30 seconds later it will change to 15 minutes. PLEASE fix the timing.

Never gets the trains right.

EthelLaVain

I always have issues with this all. It seems that ever weekend the F is supposed to stop at my station. It never does. Not very reliant.

Maybe the best out there but needs improvements

Shevanel

Sometimes it’s a lifesaver. Other times it will give you a train time even if that line is shut down for the weekend. The inconsistency is fatal, because it means you ultimately have to check other sources to find your way. I once waited 15 minutes for a D train in herald square because Transit assured me it was coming. The D was out of service at the time. But on an average day, I can walk out of my apartment and know exactly which station to walk to.

Does not always work

hazee jay

I always check the app and the schedule never matches the time of arrival and busses never pass while the app is marking that the bus in at the stop or is marking an out of service bus
