The app was great for the 3 years I’ve used it but yesterday it changed. It’ll only go in one direction. I’ll have to find something else now . Very disappointed.

CTA Ridership

PR Lady Lou

I enjoy traveling the “L”. It offers me. I think their should be more incoming trains towards Ohare and towards Howard Blue line at the peak rush hours. The buses should pick up more ridership on Sundays. Overall, I’m satisfied with our cities public transit services to our Chicago communities. Best of all it’s more enviromental friendly. Thank you for all that you do. - LR

Ehhh

-Mayaaaa?

I don’t know why o can’t track the 250?

The Perfect Transit App

ricklauder

I’ve tried several transit apps but for a good number of years (going all the way back to when it was called Buster), this has been my one and only transit app. I have no car, which means I depend on the CTA for the majority of my transportation needs. This app has been a life changer, and possibly a life saver as well. I have found I can depend on it to get me to work, back home, and everywhere in between. It runs flawlessly and syncs with my Apple Watch perfectly. I’ve always found arrival times to be very accurate both on trains and buses (I’ve seen some reviews stating the opposite) and it’s always accessible. Also, the developer has continuously worked to make the app better and more useful, adding features, tweaking the interface, and keeping it up to date. It’s fast, the interface is intuitive, and, perhaps best of all, the developer has always responded to my support emails immediately. My latest issue was that after I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the app was running perfectly on my iPhone but would not sync with my Apple Watch. I tried several things which didn’t work so I decided to email him via the app. This was last night at 11:40 PM. I found an email from him this morning with a suggestion (which fixed the issue) which he sent at 5:23 AM. Now THAT is what I call good customer service! I should add that this is only the second time I’ve needed email support from this developer in all the years I’ve used this app and both times he has responded almost immediately and resolved my issue. I cannot ask for a better all-around experience. I paid to remove the ads early on, as I know this helps the developer as well. I recommend you do the same. It’s a tiny price to pay for a much better user experience *and* to support independent developers. To those mentioning several issues with this app, have you emailed the developer? Maybe you should, and give him a chance to help you fix it. In both my cases, they were simple fixes. Again, I love this app, and I’m very glad I found it.

Crashes

I used to like this but after the latest iso update it won’t load.

Wish it was easier to add fav stops

florencefan1

Suggestions: The save stop button doesn’t look like a button. Wish UI was easier to navigate to add favorite stops.

Not always accurate

The app is great but I’ve found that it’s about 4min delayed in giving accurate arrival times.

The Best

hotbody2

A must have App if you ride CTA buses or trains

Poor updates

late for eberything

This app would be great if it didn’t have the “delay” times instead of a projected time. It was tell me the bus I want to take is delayed and the update the arrival of the time when it’s three minutes from the stop. I don’t have time to get anywhere in three minutes especially when I work at 4 am and the bus only comes every twenty minutes.

Worthless

This app never gets the train schedule correct.
