It is doing what I wanted it to do

Very accurate

ctsrider

Great app.

Bad ads

M B

Advertisements take over the audio output, which is just absurd and hostile.

Great app idea, poor quality

Adolf_Hitler420

I don't think I've ever written a review but this app is so bad that I just had to. I'm always late to everything because I rely on the CTA transport times for it. It needs fixing.

ETAs are literally never accurate

jugoflove

Giving you 2 stars because I've had it be correct once or twice. Locations certainly aren't provided via GPS because I've been waiting for buses for 30 mins that have said 6 mins > approaching > bus never shows. Rinse and repeat. This has been happening for months and there is no way this happens due to crappy traffic. Get it together CTA!!!

Bad

Tierra bender

Straight to the Point

Noelle's broke

Very accurate and a simple to use app

Was working, now keeps crashing!

Lulu in Chicago

I keep trying to open it, it stays on the logo for 20 seconds and then closes itself. What the hell?

Fair but Accurate

zoar28

The train portion is usually correct (or at least within reason), but the bus portion is often frustratingly inaccurate (which is not totally incomprehensible given the variables of traffic/drivers vs. the more standardised train times/speeds).

The ads within the stop listings must go

wahkeema

The ads that push the stop listing down are dumb. Create a static window for the ads instead of populating in the listing. You don't end up clicking on the ad anyway. You only end up tapping on the wrong stop because of the delay the ad causes.
