Pretty good but buggy lately

Alerts don’t click through to the cta website anymore. Otherwise 5 stars

App Update

ThePinkKitty

Usually this app is super accurate and very helpful in allowing me to plan my departure time from home. Unfortunately after the most recent update, every time I open the app it crashes.

App crashes since app update

Apple iPhone 2018

It's a great app when it works. I have removed and reinstalled this app 4 times, restarting my iPhone with every removal. The problems started to present after I updated the app. Before the update, it was a great app, not anymore! It keeps crashing and the app shuts itself off. Maybe when they've fixed this bug, I'll use it again.

Refresh

Hallor

Would like to see pull down to refresh the arrival times vs hitting the refresh button at the top of the screen. Hard to use with one hand.

Trans app

Live for this app makes me get to work on time accept when the busses are late

Missing one?

feedbackfromks

Missing #8 Halsted and North (red line) going south. Unless it’s under a different name, tough texting 41411 (Chicago provided service) says the name as forementioned.

Latest update is terrible

Scotman24

The latest update forces advertisements to take up the entire screen for 6 seconds and doesn’t allow you to see transit times. I’ve used this app for years and i am switching to another platform.

Use this app everyday

Love it

Great app!

Certifiedsane

I’ve been using this for several years, it’s always come through with great information perfect timing on buses and trains. I could never get along without it. Highly recommend it. Carol Hitchie. Chicago

App has cost me hundreds.

aaronjohnsonnn

I have missed buses due to inaccurate estimates, and then whenever I get in a Lyft (because I can’t wait 20+ minutes in single digit weather for the next bus), I see a bus that was not in the schedule pass by. Each Lyft ride costs me $25 at least, compared to a $2.25 bus ride. This happens almost daily. The UI is also hideous and difficult to navigate. Great.
