The sellers are not responsive to buyers questions and have very bad attitudes. Deleted the app and went to another marketplace.

I tried this site for the first time and purchased something that you don’t see anymore. I saw the money come out of my account. And the next day I received a notice that my order was cancelled with no explanation from the seller. I sent them a message and asked why my purchase was canceled. The reason they gave was that the price breakdown didn’t seem right so they canceled my order. They never offered me what they thought the price should’ve been but the item was sold right away but not to me. I don’t know how you ever know if you’re going to receive what you think you purchased. I think this site leads towards being a scam and I’d stay away from it!

I have gone from a size 14/16 to a size 2/4 and have literally sold a s replaced my ENTIRE WARDROBE with tradesy!! It’s a godsend and a dream come true for people who want designer fashion for less! My only issue is the amount of time it takes when you sell items....They need to increase their hours of customer support and get sellers their earnings faster!

This is a great alternative to purchasing and selling items from high-end luxury to those affordable many. It’s easy to communicate with sellers; they’re quick to reply to your email, as is tradesy customer service. Allowing notifications keep you abreast from when you purchase to when your product is delivered. Delivery, takes way too long. But purchasing is a breeze! At checkout you have payment options. Use your credit card, PayPal or purchase with their third party vendor, Affirm. Affirm is the finance company that approves your purchases. No credit check involved. However, it’s not a credit card it’s a loan. Every time you purchase using Affirm it’s a new loan. Very high interest rates! Read carefully! I can’t speak to selling on tradesy as I am not a sell. But would I recommend purchasing products from tradesy, of course! Enjoy!

This app would be great if it ever worked. When I try to sign in with the exact email and password that literally just worked on the website, it just says “something went wrong.” Also can’t search for anything, so it’s pretty much useless. ???

Love Tradesy, excellent photos everyone responds back promptly, a very professional site with great products. Much better than Posh!! Posh feels more like a gaming community than a sales site!!

They allow the sale of broken items( sold as working) on their site without protecting the buyer. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I have bought quite a few items from Tradesy I think it is an awesome site every item I have bought has been like it was brand new My first item was a vintage item in great condition one of a kind items Tradesy has been a great place to shop recommended my the receptionist at my doctors office. I highly recommend Tradesy I personally like it better than the real real

I’ve been a big fan of Tradesy for years and still continue to love the site. I’m mainly a seller and although I don’t do as high of a sales volume on here as I do other places, Tradesy has been a trustworthy, reliable place to sell my unused wardrobe items. I’ve sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise over be last several years and I’ve overall enjoyed my Tradesy experience. The reason for three stars have been the marketing notifications that I’ve been getting. I have all of the notification settings turned off aside from getting messages from buyers but still continue to receive marketing material in the form of notifications. It feels icky and when they pop up I get super frustrated thinking it’s something bag actually needs my attention. Tradesy has helped me declutter my life and closet but the notifications are having the opposite effect and are adding clutter to my digital life. Not conducive with a digital detox. Also I have to voice my disapproval of the fee changes. The 20% doesn’t bother me and seems to be pretty standard. It’s the 2.9% fee on top of it that doesn’t sit well. Lump it in with the 20% and I’m fine with it. I understand it’s purpose as a part of your business model to incentivize buyers but it doesn’t work for someone who just wants to minimize their life and use their earnings elsewhere.
