Owner Manuals Stopped Working

I can’t access the owner manuals in the app anymore. When I click on that menu option under the manuals tab, it flashes gray like it wants to open the drop down items but nothing actually appears. Makes the whole app pretty useless.

Will not recognize any zip code added. Will not let me add a dealer near me.

Doesn’t update with my 2019 Rav 4 hybrid. Plus, it says I have problems with my car when I don’t. I took it in ASAP for service(1 day old) and they checked the entire car out. Determined the car is fine but it’s the app. Useless
Great quick reference with one caveat

This really is a good reference for my vehicle, but there is only one problem. When looking at a manual, there is no way to move to a specific page easily. If I need page 250 of the owner’s manual then I have to take 5 minutes to flip through all of the manual pages until I get there. Quite a pain when you need the index at the very back.

Have used this app on the past and work well. Now it will not scan the VIN on my new 2019 vehicle. Tried to force you to use service from a different dealer than where it was purchase. When trying to schedule service, just gave up and called.
Roadside Assistance

On August 3rd 2019, My experiences using this app for roadside assistance. Got a flat tire at 8:00am. Spoke to roadside assistance at 8:04 am. Left me stranded for 4 1/2 hours with my kids in 90 degrees weather. No Help at all, had to call AAA to come and help! Shame on you Toyota ? #havenotheardfromanybodyfromtoyota
