Bad app. Nothing works

This app needs a lot of work. Nothing saves. Nothing loads. Needs to be revised. The layout and platform is very straightforward, if only it worked

App gives false vehicle system failure alerts that say to make a service appointment. I called service and they said if the trouble lights aren’t on in the vehicle it’s just a glitch in the app.

Not much to say app won’t let you do nothing click on something and the app closes I would think as much as we pay for a vehicle they could make an app work or it’s time to get a new IT department

I used the app this past weekend after my service appointment & it was working fine. Today I tried to log in but it won’t do anything. Nothing is working.

Horrible that Toyota will not let u select a Prius after 2015. Absolutely ridiculous. They are very good at sales but terrible when comes to support after giving them your money. Shame


Version 7.0.5 still will not update mileage

Will not update mileage when I’m at home! It seems to update elsewhere. Internal GPS blocks input at my home. I have to go elsewhere to update mileage. How stupid is that? In cellular LTE mode, there is also an issue as it gives an error: No network connection, at every operation in the app, however everything else seems to work fine. Error does not show on WiFi. I have a 1996 and a 2014 Corolla and I’m fine for now with this app. Using iPhone XS Max and iOS 12.3.1.


Won’t let me add vehicle

NONE of the zip codes for dealerships around me are registering, so I can’t add my vehicle. I tried 6 different service centers near me, and none of them will register. There should, at minimum, be an option to skip this step... but really? Some of those locations have been there for decades.


Scheduling service section is super lame ?

2 mins into the app and already thoroughly annoyed by user experience on scheduling service part of the app. The screen wouldn’t scroll properly and form was pretty lame. Select one input and pointer goes to other field. Please do better.
