Current Version does not allow signin

The current version of this app does not allow me to sign in and view my car. I will be deleting and using my web browser instead.

I was able to load the app, but now I cannot open it. This is wasting my time. You are suppose to be able to schedule things like maintenance but to no avail. It cannot even find my actual card. It says invalid VIN. I guess I will have to do it the old fashion way by calling the dealership to schedule anything that needs to be done for my car.

Toyota should have a reliable app in 2019.

It will not allow me to confirm my dealer for service. It also shows a car as my vehicle that is actually a Tacoma.

Your gps works poorly. Can you change the vendor to Google for their maps program or even Apple ID better than what you have now. Please

Obviously Toyota doesn’t care about its customers. This so called app doesn’t work at all. Beyond pathetic.

It just sits there spinning

This app was handy for a while because I perform a lot of my own maintenance and this was a good way to record it. Lately however it doesn’t work at all. It just sits there spinning and spinning. Then I tried to log on to the website and it told me my password is wrong. The app didn’t even get to a screen that would allow me to change the password. It just sits there spinning.

Great app only for select features

I like the concept of having all your vehicle information readily available, receiving notifications of scheduled maintenance, tracking maintenance history however, it needs some improvement, it’s not ready for prime time especially, when you try to schedule maintenance appointments, not all the drop down selections work correctly. I tried several times, gave up in frustration. Ended up scheduling my appointment on my computer instead.

Waste of Space

This app will not allow you to enter any information about your vehicle. I copied the VIN but cannot scroll down to hit submit > so I tried model, and cannot even select the year. Thanks Toyota for wasting my time.

App crashes on launch

Just downloaded the app. But can’t use it since it crashes on launch. iOS version is up to date, so it’s not me.
