Worked great until today.

Loved using this app to keep track of the services preformed on my car or to check if any recalls have been placed on my car. Worked great until today, now my car is no longer on my profile and I keep getting these push notification alerts for nothing. Please fix!!!


Doesn’t Work - Won’t Allow Entry of VIN; Logs Out

This app won’t allow entry of a complete VIN number for the vehicle - accepts several characters then bounces back to the login screen, where it grays out, shows the spinner and eventually times out and requires login again. Worthless app - deleted.


Delete this app!

This app is terrible. It sent me NINE notifications in the night while sleeping that said “test.” All the app does is bring up a web page of your manual anyway. GOODBYE.

Toyota has worked diligently over the past six years to make this simple and functional tool almost completely useless. The latest version buries the service history and service notifications for owned vehicles. I thought maybe I needed to select a “preferred dealer “ to unlock all my service records but that is not the case. Bug also does not allow deleting of sold vehicles. One bright spot is the FAQ is very easy to access. If I forget how to start my car, there is a great step by step process right at the top. Save your paper records.

The Toyota app is updated almost every month and almost every month making a payment is “unavailable”. Or it makes you update the app in order to even get into your account. Is this a business strategy? I have paid my account late multiple times because of this huge inconvenience. I have 3 jobs and no time for this type of inconsideration! Making a payment through the app to a company that finances my car should be a given option but it feels as if it’s only an option in their policies! #goodluckinreallife Get it together IT people. You make me want to go back to paper billing, and I HATE paper billing.


Request for Service Option is terrible, not user friendly.

Information in the app is actually very useful. However, I find it next to impossible to find when my next scheduled service is. I would expect that to be very obvious everywhere I within the app. I am very disappointed with how difficult this app is to navigate. I am trying to complete data entry for my 8th Toyota.

It would be nice if the vehicles were able to use apple car play. Hey Toyota your customers want this feature . I will assign stars when we are able to have options.


Don’t waste your time/bandwidth

App does not sync between devices, login works sporadically and have to keep re-entering data. Complete waste of time except for downloading pdf manuals. After downloads, delete app to avoid frustration.
