Horrible app

Horrible app. I have tried several times to have an automatic payment setup. And each time it does not connect. I am sick of being charged a late fee when they can get this stinking app to work. Need to fix!

Biggest waste of my time ever - downloaded app - can’t sign in - nowhere button to create account. App says to contact HOA to get HOA to create a profile on app for me - WHAT?? So now I’m supposed to spend half a day on the phone chasing down HOA and begging them to set up an account on this app for me? I don’t think so. And all that has to be done on a weekday during work hours!! Enormous time waster - this app is completely useless! Will mail check to pay dues - MUCH EASIER THAN TRYING TO FIGHT WITH THIS APP!!!

The app doesn’t fit the iPhone screen. It overlaps. The menu takes up 25% of the screen

Overall good. It does the job. However user registration is a mess. Think I went through the cycle 3 times because it’s confusing.

How about blocking repeat announcements? Our HOA leader keeps sending the same notice two or three times within a few minutes. They must be doing something wrong, but it would be nice if you would program in a block for such things.
Outrageous convenient fees make this useless

The app seems ok. But I'll never it because of their unusually high convenience fees. 3$ for an ACH transaction? 5$ for credit cards?? No thanks.

Was just informed by HOA to use the app for payments. It doesn’t indicate whether there’s a charge to use credit cards to pay. Sure enough I had to go through pretty much all steps only to find out the fee for using credit cards to pay is almost $10. Later tried using bank account to pay and still there’s a fee for doing it. I don’t think I want to pay a fee every month for paying my HOA dues on time. Makes no sense whatsoever.
