Slow and Unintuitive

The user interface lacks functionality and is unintuitive. Items do not load quickly. Even simple messages take several minutes to load. The choices for topics and responses are limited as are the overall features. The features that do exist are hard to locate and unintuitive. Homeowners cannot send messages to management, only requests. This is very frustrating.

Terrible experience

This is a terrible experience. I am a product app manager and I want to know if anyone who developed this app actually talked to users? The verbiage for the what task I complete is unrecognizable. I want to send a message. I have to figure out what verbiage is considered a message. You can’t find the detail of responses. I mostly want to make a monthly payment. It takes 25 steps to find that!! I hate that I am forced to use a pile of crap app. Please talk to users to find out how to fix this.

Town Square works great for reserving pickleball courts or pool/hot tub time. I use it frequently.

Our HOA picked a garbage app. Associa should read the reviews and delete this crap. The first app they used was bad, this one is worse. Do they search for bad reviews and pick the next app to use?

if possible, it would be nice when neighbors leave a post or comment on someone’s post you are able to like it or something similar to other social media type pages.

Can’t tag people, useless search feature, hard to navigate, etc. Did high school kids write this app or what? I take that back. That’s an insult to high school kids.

I have the show my address option toggled off, yet my address shows under my comments. There’s no way to delete or edit comments.
