The Architectural Review process through app does not work as there is no option to add a new request like there is through web.

Sequence of events…. 1) Can’t sign back in with the password that worked previously - password error 2) go through process of creating new password 3) New password works - log in with new password 4) Log out 5) Try logging back in to retest new password that worked 5 minutes ago. 6) Password error - can’t log in 7) Go back to step 2, repeat process 8) after 3rd time through process above decided to write this review. Note: have had similar/ never ending problems with this app in the past. As I am very skilled using my password manager (have used password managers for about 20 years, I’m convinced the problem lies within the app. Using Ipad pro 2018.

Not easy to use, ugly formatting and layout. I would rather use NextDoor and that’s not saying much. Data needs to be organized better.
Good app but hard to read

This app is a great way to receive info from our hoa, but the text is hard to read when it’s bright out. Unless you are indoors or not in direct sunlight it’s a chore. A dark mode or a way to darken the font would be most helpful.

The app is incredibly unstable. Forums, package control and polls crash all the time, making the app barely usable.

If you have a choice of this or any other app for your HOA, go with any other app. Expensive, ineffective, and slow. Thumbs down.

This is worst app. I tried create my account, it's take more than hours. I want pay my HOA through this app, it's doesn't work, don't try this app waste a time and energy.

That’s what your new update states. Associa Hawaii is the worst management company ever! Cheryl Jepson is by far the worst area manager! Unethical notices and employees. I can’t wait until our devision votes associa out and start new with Hawaiianana. It’s in the works. Trust..
