App crashes on launch – TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts Review

I just installed the app to my iPad Mimi 4, iOS 15.1 after having used TouchNote on a desktop computer for a lot of years…it won’t launch and I see no help with this (or customer service, period) on the website. Vexed!
