Not reliable anymore! Please fix!

Usually a great app, but sound alarms for tornado watches did not go off today. Only sounded alarm for tornado warning. Used to work great. Need to find a reliable app or go buy a weather radio. The radio never failed! Also could not leave them a message about this.

Now it alerts me for warnings nowhere near me and has me panicked before I realize it isnt this area. Checked my settings and area. Please update.

I too had not had any alerts of any kind for several weeks. Just like other apps that stop functioning occasionally, if you uninstall and delete it, when you reinstall it is with all the new bug fixes included, instead of trying to fix an app you have already. This should help, I know with the latest apple ios I have had to do this to a few more than is normal recently. I also downloaded the Red Cross "Emergency" app as well for a backup to this one.

Great when it worked.

I liked this app when I first installed it a few years ago, but it has stopped working. It no longer alerts me and I can't find a way to fix it.

Never gives alert for my location

I can't even contact through contact us. I get alerts for everywhere except the county I reside in. It has my location correct, however it cannot send me alerts for my area. Everyday we have severe weather it will send me alerts for completely different county. Before you say your county may be listed further in the alert, it is not. I have taken multiple screen shots to send to the developer as proof but Tried to let the developer know my using the contact us and the "send" option is disabled. Which tells me they are aware there is an issue and do not care to resolve that issue.

This app has become unstable and drastically degraded since iOS 9 upgrade. Needs an upgrade immediately. Alerts are announced but the alerts functionality in the app fails consistently when you go into the app.

The tornado alert from this app is still going off 30 minutes after the all clear has been given. Give me a break. The skies are blue again.

Missed a major alert

So yesterday evening, we had a major thunderstorm with 40-50 mph winds and this app gave no alert. Nothing. We were looking for the tornado, the winds were so high. The trees were leaning over etc. so...where was THAT weather alert?!!!! Homer, Ga. 5/20/17. Yes, that town is my my alert list. I get alerts for my other cities all the time, but this was a major miss.
