Great app, 1 drawback

This is a fantastic app. Very useful and a great way to keep up with severe weather near a loved one. There is one drawback, however. When a Tornado Warning has been cancelled, I receive the exact same notification sound as a newly activated Tornado Warning. It says “Tornado Warning” and plays a recording of a tornado siren. Even though th warning was cancelled. I suggest this warning cancellation notification not say “Tornado Warning”? It would be better if the audible notification just say “Tornado Warning Cancelled” instead.

Easy to setup. Warns us 1st for tornadoes. You can set the mileage for any area you want monitored & for exactly what events you desire for alerts. Multiple areas may be monitored. We really appreciate having this app because we live in a remote area & can pinpoint the area & mileage surrounding us we want monitored. Sound Alerts: Great, specifically for the radius you set. No preset Alerts, Notifications, etc. All within your control.

I used to like this app, however it just stopped working. No response from Red Cross to my emails.

The old app was great... literally was the only warning we received for a destructive tornado that touched down in our community in October 2014. Current app sounds the Tornado Warning siren for warnings posted 75-100 miles away and not even remotely headed our way. My radius is set to 25-miles so I'm certain it isn't how I'm setup.
Get an alert? Don't click it.

Pressing alerts makes a never ending popup come on screen. Won't load.

This is a great warning app. It has been extremely helpful at alerting us when we are asleep if there is a warning. The alert is very loud and can't miss it! Thank you.

I would have given this app five stars as it is a decent app. However, the alerts and alarm suddenly stopped. I live in an area at the time was under a particularly dangerous situation and needed the alerts and alarm.

Doesn't work anymore. Says "cannot load alerts". Can't add locations and didn't tell me when a warning was in effect for my area.
